How I Can Help...

Unseen opportunities often present themselves in the midst of crisis. However the signs are easily missed when stress, grief and heartache overwhelm your ability to cope. I offer a safe supportive environment to gain perspective on your current situation so that you can move forward with a sense of dignity, meaning and awareness. I am available for a free phone consultation. I will also make referrals to the appropriate resource if I believe that you will be better served by another specialist.

I have over ten years experience providing consultation and psychotherapy services to individuals and couples facing issues such as depression, anxiety, trauma, grief/loss, relationship difficulties and high stress occupations. I also enjoy working with clients who wish to develop interpersonal skills related to forming and maintaining relationships.

I have an office in South Berkeley close to free parking. If I am out of network for your insurance, I will gladly provide a statement for your reimbursement.

Services Offered...

At your initial appointment we will discuss your specific goals and determine a plan of action. This might include brief consultation, short-term psychotherapy or longer term therapy depending on the nature of the problem or problems you wish to address. I will make referrals to and work in tandem with trusted health professionals when appropriate.
